I'm the kind of person who skips to the conversation when reading a book.

Hat Trick

Hannah told me this morning, “Finley hurt his arm doing a magic trick.”

“Really?” I said, laughing to myself. “What was he trying to do?”

“I think he was trying to pull a bunny out of a hat.”

I knew exactly what she was talking about.  Finley had played a late night game of indoor soccer and then posted this picture.

Just a small price to pay for a hat trick

He must have been trying to pull The Rabbit of Caerbannog* out of a hat.

*The Rabbit of Caerbannog can be seen in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.  Is it “a harmless little bunny”?  Or “the most cruel rodent you ever set your eyes upon”?
